He is a seasoned financial professional with over 17 years of experience. He leverages his meticulous approach across various disciplines including management consulting, private equity, SME financing, value creation, and relationship management.

With Throughout his career, he has successfully deployed over $100 million in funding for small and medium-sized businesses across Ghana and Cote D'Ivoire. His investments have spanned diverse sectors like education, healthcare, housing, and agriculture, fostering economic development in the region.
Skilled Dealmaker & Strategic Thinker
Beyond investment management, he excels in deal sourcing, negotiation, and structuring complex transactions. He has a proven track record in both North America and Africa, advising on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and crafting compelling investment presentations.
Extensive Industry Experience
Prior to his current role, Mr. Siaw was an Investment Director at Oasis Capital Ghana (Accra & Abidjan), and held varying leadership roles at Black Star Advisors (Ghana), THCLR Ghana LTD, and Madison Street Capital LLC (Chicago). He brings a global perspective to his work.
Championing Sustainable Development
Mr. Siaw’s commitment extends beyond financial returns. He serves on the Investment Committee of the Rural Development Fund (Ghana), actively promoting sustainable practices in agriculture, renewable energy, and finance. During this period, he has reviewed and approved over 30 financial firms focusing on rural banking, as well as SMEs concentrating on the agriculture value chain and renewable energy. This demonstrates his dedication to responsible investing and long-term impact.
